VisionCraft Terms and Conditions

Introduction Thank you for choosing VisionCraft, your trusted promotional products and awards supplier. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing an order with us.

Orders and Payments All orders are subject to acceptance by VisionCraft. We reserve the right to refuse any order or service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Digital Color Printing on Drinkware: The digital color imprint on our drinkware products is achieved through a high-quality printing process. We strive to match your brand colors as closely as possible. However, due to the nature of the production process and material limitations, exact PMS color matching cannot be guaranteed. Variations may occur due to differences in material absorbency rates, product texture, and the printing process itself. We will make every effort to closely match your brand colors within the constraints of the production process to ensure your satisfaction.

The longevity of the imprint will vary based on care and handling. To ensure durability, we recommend hand washing only and avoiding abrasive cleaners or brushes. Exposure to high temperatures, harsh chemicals, or dishwasher use may degrade the imprint over time. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the imprint is not guaranteed to be permanent and may fade or remove under conditions beyond normal use.

Shipping, Delivery, and Freight Charges Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, and carrier delays. VisionCraft will purchase carrier insurance on all shipments unless the customer specifically requests otherwise. If insurance is declined by the customer, VisionCraft will not be held responsible for the shipment after it leaves our facility. All orders are FOB Ijamsville, Maryland.

Due to the dynamic nature of the global economy and logistics industry, freight and handling charges are subject to fluctuations beyond VisionCraft's control, including changes in fuel prices, tariffs, carrier pricing adjustments, and supply chain demand. Quoted freight costs are estimates based on current conditions and may change without notice. Significant changes in freight costs between order placement and shipping will be communicated before dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge the potential for variation in freight and handling charges due to market volatility.

Customer Supplied Items - Misprint Allowance VisionCraft requires a 5% misprint allowance or minimum of one piece per order, whichever is greater. VisionCraft will not be held responsible for consequential damages such as cost of, or profit loss on spoiled goods.

Order Cancellation In the event of order cancellation, you are liable for any charges incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Returns and Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund.

Intellectual Property All content provided by VisionCraft, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VisionCraft or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of content without our express written permission is prohibited.

Warranties VisionCraft warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to you all transferable warranties made to VisionCraft by the manufacturer of the goods. VisionCraft makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability VisionCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland.

General Disclaimer VisionCraft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permissible by law. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Confidentiality VisionCraft is committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of our customers' information. Any information provided by customers during the order process, including but not limited to personal details, payment information, and order specifics, is treated with the utmost confidentiality. VisionCraft will not disclose, share, sell, or rent any personal or business information provided by our customers to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the order, such as providing shipping information to our carriers.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. VisionCraft advises customers to be cautious about sharing account information and to log out from their account at the end of each session to prevent unauthorized access.
